Chef Rodrigo Fornaciari is an international award-winning & italian trained Pizzaiolo. In 2009, Rodrigo received his certification as a pizza-maker through API (Associazione Pizzerie Italiane) in Rome, Italy. In 2010, he became a certified pizzaiolo instructor. Since then, Rodrigo has been part of events and competitions in Brazil, United States, Italy, and Peru.
We are proud to use genuine Italian ingredients that delivers the perfect combination of the Italian culinary with Rodrigo's personal touch. Our award-winning chef is committed to bring the best of the Italian pizza by using imported flour from Italy, San Marzano tomatoes, and other fresh ingredients.
